We are currently a free tier user, and as such, don't make strong use of our cloud storage for media like videos. This is fine, as people can prep these at home, and bring them to manually add to the service on the church computer when they have time in the week. However, this presents confusion for other users prepping their parts of the service if they open the service on their own PCs without the media which has been added as the cues in question just show up with a "[blank]" title. This has led to accidentally deleted items.
Even if the actual file could not be cloud synced, please could all Cue titles be synced across machines.
