Tabs are useful, but folders would be also. A work around I have been trying with slides from keynote is exporting them as JPEGS, (this way I have control over the fonts etc.) But then when I upload them, the images take up a whole page in the media library, making it harder to find other recently uploaded media.
A simple folder system would work, letting me put all the JPEGS from one slide show in one folder to keep it tidy

Thanks for the post! We have this planned for a future release. In the mean time, tagging media is going to be your best bet. You can bulk add tags by switching your library view to the "List" view and using the check boxes to select more than one image at a time.
