Announcement slides

What is the best way to make looping announcement slides? Before service, we play general announcement slides while people are coming in. In a prior worship software, we were able to add a image/video background that scaled to the size aspect ratio we had and can easily add text for the announcement.

Is the "slides" feature in worship extreme the best method? I'm trying it out and the media doesn't scale properly to the slide. There's a lot of dead space above/below the image/video.

You can use the slides feature or you can create a cue for each announcement and set the "Auto-advance" option under each cue to go to the next cue.
