Planning requests Songs and Pre-Post Service items

Please add the ability to have lengths of songs saved in our library of songs so that we don't have to add this in for every song each week.

Please add the ability to have a pre-service and post-service item in the plan...accountable for time (such as prelude/postlude) but not showing up in the 'service length' as they are outside the service time.
