Team Member Swap assigned role ability

Hi Team - great app and have been putting it through it's paces for consideration.

One function which would be great is for individuals to be able to select a 'Swap' under the assigned role and say a list of available people appear and they can select one which then forwards an Invite to that person to accept.

This way any roster swaps can be done via team members and not always involve the Admin person.
