Hi,
I apologise if this is covered somewhere, but I haven't been able to find the answer.
When I use Community as my church database, who else is able to see the information? My church uses Planner, so when I log into Community the information of people in the Worship Team is already there. What access do these users have to the data in Community?

Anyone with Viewer permissions or higher can be given access to Community but by default, only Admins and Org Admins have access at first. If you are an Admin or Org Admin, you can open a person's profile in Community and go to the "Permissions" tab to activate or deactivate their access to Community.

Thank you for that. It does mean that people who start off with other tools have to be careful about the levels of access that they give to users.
Thanks. Community looks like it will be a great tool for smaller churches in particular.
