I utilize the scheduling matrix for selecting volunteers for our various roles. Sometimes I'll make a mistake when selecting someone. In order to fix the mistake, I have to go into the service to remove them from it.
It would be more convenient to be able to remove that person from the role in the Scheduling Matrix.
