More Connected-Device functions

The ability for master-devices to send a message-alert type of notification to other connected-devices that can communicate song sections “bridge” “chorus” “verse 1” “ turnaround” etc. (especially important for those who are not going to use similar feature that’s only for the Prime integration)

Also: the ability for the connected-devices to display the master-device’s “annotations”

These were the most useful aspects of OnSongs version of the “connected-devices” feature. Page flipping is “ok”
