Why are our songs not being saved after they are being set up?

For our service we use linear lead sheet and set up the songs in Presenter the same way. Yet, when we use the song again in another worship set. The previous version is was not saved and we have to set it up all over again. Why? What are we doing incorrect?

You want to use option 2

During music practice, it's much easier to use option 3 to setup the sequence of verses, chorus, repeats, etc rather than going to the song editing screen to setup a custom order. It would be really helpful to have a button to save the Service Item Order to Custom Slide Order, along with the Reset Order button.
