Audio mp3 or wav

Hi Worship Tool Users,
I am trying to add mp3 audio to the media bin but Presenter does not recognize the mp3 (or wav, in my source folder. Cannot figure out why. Can you help?

We use MP3 and M4a files in Presenter all the time. There must be a technical issue with your setup.
