Improvements for Music Stand online

Please add support for portrait mode when using the Music Stand online viewer on surface style laptops. Currently, when these laptops are rotated to portrait mode, Music stand continues to display 2 pages of charts horizontally, which become smaller. Music Stand online should display 1 (larger) page when in portrait mode, like the tablet app.

It would also be great to access other setlists within the same tab (the way the tablet app works), without going back to Planning online and searching through other services.

Having a way to access Music Stand online more directly would be great (not going via Planning). Many of my team want to use Music Stand online, but don't need to use Planning, so this adds a layer of complexity to accessing the charts online.
