Planning on iPad 4

When I try to access planning on our church iPad 4s it asks me to login, but after I’ve done this the screen goes blank. I’ve checked the internet settings and everything is allowed and we are not using a firewall.

Hi Matt- Planning requires Safari 12 or greater.
