Just curious what the recommended protocol is if our organization only needs to use Presenter for 1 weekend.. I asked in a support email and have not heard back, but maybe someone here is in the same predicament.
I realize that what I asked for to Tech Support is probably NOT something provided.. The ability to ARCHIVE my work from this year for me to then unarchive next year... Was thinking I could somehow resurrect all of my work for next year's use..
I would convert the account to FREE for 11 months, then happy to upgrade for a month year to PRO to put together the one event. unfortunately, the amount of media pushes me over the FREE limit... And I think I tried to downgrade last year, then this year everything was GONE when I was ready to upgrade.. WorshipTOOLS WAS able to find the material and make it available to me again (Thanks!) Just not sure this is how it should work every year...
Any insight is welcome...

You know, WorshipTool's pricing is pretty clear. They definitely went above and beyond in retrieving your media, but I don't think you should count on them doing it again. Your best approach is to save your media offline, delete the excess before downgrading, then re-upload when you upgrade again. Or pay for Pro continuously. That increased storage is part of what the Pro subscription pays for. No, there's no ability to archive your work. We can't even download a service to take it to a computer without Internet, a feature I would very much like to see.

I thought of another approach: Don't upload all your media. If storage is the only reason you need Pro, you'll even be able to use it free for your event.
In Presenter, go to Settings > Defaults > Media Defaults and turn off "Upload media to the cloud when added to local library," then click Save. Now any media you import will not use the cloud, but will be accessed from the computer's hard drive. This setting does not affect the status of previously imported media, just new items. You can change this setting as often as you wish. And you can change whether or not a particular item uses the cloud by accessing its "info".
Items that are not uploaded to the cloud can only be used on the computer that imported them; other computers can't even see them. So you'll need to import these on the computer that will be used to present the services.
