Request sign-up for a role in a service

Hello!
I think it would be a great addition to Planning if you could send a request to all members of a role (who aren't already in a service) to fill an open slot in a service.
So, for example, if there was an opening for a vocalist, I could "request" a vocalist and someone can accept the role to automatically be added to the service.
