Getting the Columns to Remain in Community

I set up our database and included the columns we need to be viewed during access. Each time I come back into Community, I have to remove the unwanted columns and bring over the ones needed. I click SAVE every time, but when I come back later, the other fields are still visible, and the new ones have moved back into the Available Columns category.

We are more concerned with the Participating Ministry name (created field) being visible for each individual, instead of DOB/Anniv/Gender items. Please advise on how to get the columns to stick permanently.
