Schedule Conflict Warning

We sometimes have different team leaders scheduling participants. If the welcome team and the music team both schedule the same person for different positions during the same service, there is no notification that they have created a scheduling conflict. Having some sort of pop up or warning text that someone is already scheduled for another position during the same time would be very helpful. Thanks!

When scheduling, if you click on the calendar icon to the right of a person's name, it will show you past, present, and future roles that that person is scheduled for. Please use this information as your reference.

I agree that an option for a quick schedule conflict confirmation dialogue would be appropriate and helpful!
