Cloud Storage

Hi I am concerned about what size of Cloud storage I would require. We run alot of videos during our worship services. Is it a case of managing your library of files and tidying them up regularly? Is it better to run the videos directly from Youtube? If so, is it necessary to have a Youtube license to avoid adverts?

My wish is that WorshipTools will make it easier to manage (tidy-up) the media library. Presently it is difficult to know which is appropriate to keep or delete, particularly when there are different people doing things their own style each week.
