Check if Media items are Saved to the Cloud

WorshipTools Presenter is a cloud-based presentation app, meaning all your service data syncs automatically across all the computers logged in to your WorshipTools account. As long as you're connected to the internet, you and other users on your account can work on service presentations from any computer.

Certain items, such as your services, songs, and Presenter Slides, sync across devices automatically. Any media files that are imported into Presenter from your computer must be saved to the WorshipTools Cloud in order to sync. [Auto Sync]/en-us/docs/47-auto-sync) is turned on by default, so all your files should immediately save to the cloud as soon as they're brought into Presenter.

How to Check if a Media File is Saved in the Cloud

If media files are not syncing to other Presenter computers, you'll want to make sure that your files are saved in the cloud:

  1. Go to your Presenter Media Library on the computer where the file is located
  2. Click the ⓘ icon that appears when you hover over the media file
  3. On the following pop-up window, check the line for "Saved in Cloud"

If it says "Yes", your media is saved in the cloud and should be syncing to your other computers. If it says "No", the file is not yet synced to the cloud. To sync it, click the green Upload button.

Open up your Presenter Media Library, and click on the "i" icon that appears when you hover over each media item. On the following pop-up window, you'll see a line that says "Saved in Cloud" followed by a "yes" or "no," If the file is marked "yes," then the file is saved in the cloud and being synced to the other computers. If it is marked "no," you can click the green "Upload" link to send it to the cloud and to your other computers.

If all your media is saved to the cloud and you are still experiencing issues with syncing across multiple computers, the issue likely lies somewhere else. Please make sure that Presenter is running in Online Mode on all computers. This is indicated by a green dot in the bottom right corner of your Presenter window when the program is open. If the dot is red, check your network connection and restart the program to go back online. If problems persist, please contact WorshipTools Support.
