Add Remote app features to Music Stand app.

Allow Music Stand input to control Presenter output (i.e. incorporate Remote functions into Music Stand).

There could be several methods of implementation; Song order could be utilized to skip down the chord chart and simultaneously sync the display slides, or multiple programmable input buttons could be allowed to control different functions (i.e. up/down switching Presenter items while left/right advances songs).

Reasoning: would allow worship leader to more freely go back and forth between sections, and could alleviate stress on A/V booth if coverage is thin or inexperienced.
