Simple Text Slide

I would get a lot of use out of a simple text slide option. The current option to select the background and then a slide with text as the foreground works but it's not user friendly. I would love to train our people on this software but they would get lost by that point. It would also be great if the text that was inserted would show up as the name of the cue ex. "hello world" as the inserted text of the slide which automatically shows up as "hello world" as the cue label.

Would this be a slides presentation that doesn't save to your library, but is saved to a cue list?

What I'm picturing is even simpler -- not a whole slides presentation but just a single slide, that only gets saved to the cue list. But a slides presentation that doesn't save to the library is fine for me also.
