Webpage

Hello,

I'm wondering why if I bring up a webpage it doesn't allow you to type on it on the second screen. For example, I would like to pull up a video from RightNow Media but it won't allow me to log into RightNow Media and also won't recognize that I have already logged into RightNow Media in my web browser.

Thanks for the post.  You should be able to interact with the web page on your second monitor.  Are you using Mac OS or Windows?

Using Windows. I am able to interact with the second screen using a left click of the mouse only, but not with a right click or the keyboard to type.

I have confirmed and replicated the issue and have logged it to be fixed for the next update.  Thanks for the post!

Awesome! Thank you so much, really enjoying the program so far and how simple it is to use compared to ProPresenter.

I can't seem to type in the browser on the secondary screen. Left mouse click works, but I'm unable to log into any accounts because the keyboard seems to be disabled.

Has this been addressed yet? I am trying to use RightNow through Presenter (to avoid needing a tech person in the booth or me running back and forth). Left clicks with mouse work … nothing else — keyboard, right click …

We are having the exact same issue and this thread looks to be several years old. Has there been any work done on this problem? We use RightNow Media often and it is a bit annoying that we cannot easily use it in Presenter because of a simple and noted error. Please give an update on the progress or status of this issue.

We recommend downloading videos and importing them as media. You'll have a much nicer experience that way.
