Is there a plan to allow sending SMS in Community?

In Community, there is a cell phone field and a check box for SMS. Is there a plan to allow us to send text messages to persons in our database? Older members and busy members may not use email and we often have to reach out via phone. Community's templates should allow us to send a mass notification via text and/or email.

We appreciate that Community Text messaging is finally here. Kudos for making it happen. Our concern is the application process and requiring an EIN. Our account was created and is expensed by the Music Ministry and not by the church. Since we pay for this personally, is there a work around for the EIN?

An EIN is required for the campaign registration with mobile providers to send bulk texts, so it is a requirement that can't be waved.
