As a: worship leader
I'd like to: print a lyrics sheet from Music Stand or Planning
So that: singers and members of the congregation can have paper copies of music without all the chords
Additionally it'd be great if the feature included the ability to toggle on/off:
- A two column mode to save space on pages
- Song section titles e.g. Verse 1, Chorus, Bridge
This could either be exported as a PDF or Some other open document format so that we can make final edits e.g. service date/title etc before printing.
At present we copy and paste the lyrics into a word document from planning to create the lyrics sheets.
Thanks!!

All of the above is already possible through the Music Stand app. Open a service and print all the songs in your setlist. You will need to open up the correct source (lyrics, chords, PDF, sheet music, etc.) for printing. Source Menu:
https://www.worshiptools.com/en-us/docs/115-source-selector
Lyrics and chord charts should already show headers, and chord charts also offer 1-column or 2-column view.

Hiya,
I'm not sure that covers the use case. I'm looking to have an option to print the lyrics of all songs in a set list in 2 column format.
Does that make sense?

I agree. Having worked through the Music Stand options, the print options don’t cover the need to just print lyrics for singers and congregation members who can’t use the projected screen. We really need a complete words list and one that reflects the songs as they will be presented, i.e., with only chosen verses and not all when there are 7 and you only want 5! And yes, in 2 columns or at least editable text.
Thanks

I think I have answered my own question!
Forget Music stand and use Presenter instead. With the service open that you need the words etc. for and choose the print option just under the service title on the top left. This opens a dialogue box with the set list and all the song lyrics. Then, rather than continue to print (which makes a pdf), highlight and copy the text you want; e.g., just the set list at the top or just the lyrics (useful for preparing song sheets for the congregation!). Then paste into Word choosing the paste text only option. You can then edit away to your hearts content; columns fonts, bold etc....).
Hope that helps
