Lost Songs Database

We recently update our Extreme Worship App to the latest version of Presenter. The problem that we are now facing is that we have lost the entire songs database.

We have recently updated our software from Worship Extreme to the latest version of Presenter. The problem we have now is we seem to have lost our entire Song Database.

When we Used Worship Extreme we used to log in with a Username and Password. Now with Presenter we are required to use an email address and Password.

Can you please advise how we get our song database back.
Our Church is Tuckton Christian Fellowship and our Username to get into Worship Extreme was TCF.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
