Large number of Duplicated Songs

Since we started using Presenter, we have seen a large increase in the number of duplicate songs in our database. What would be causing this, and what is the best way to clean it up?

There is no way to bulk-delete duplicates so you'll have to sift through the library one by one. I recommend using the Planning web app for this. Please check in with your team on this matter, as I suspect that someone is accidentally creating these duplicates (according to a quick glance at your Activity Log).

Thanks for the reply and the hint to use the Planning app. I was able to eliminate the duplicates, and have spoken with the team member who does our set up. We figured out what in the workflow was causing the duplicates and have figured out how to eliminate them. Thanks again.
