Repository for Non-song service elements like congregational readings

Is there currently a specific way to store service elements such as readings into the planning app?

My church weekly does readings and it would be helpful to store these in their own repository for reference by other team members and worship leaders. examples of these would be a congregational prayer or confession or a creed, etc.

Currently we are adding these as new songs, but they are NOT songs, songs expect a key to be provided, but these do not have keys and in order to get the text of the reading to display in Music Stand, I have to either created a "Chord Chart" for the reading or add a PDF.
