How to export a Cue List

I want to prepare the cue from home ahead of time and then import it to church computer on Sunday.
How can I export a Cue List from Presenter?

You may be imagining a problem that does not exist. If you prepare a cue list on your internet connected home computer, it will be downloaded onto your church computer as soon as you start Presenter. This is the main reason that I chose Presenter as our projection software.

I may prepare the slides at home with my account before the service. Another person could be using the presenter on Sunday, and I do not want to share my account credentials.

You don't need to share your personal id with anyone else, as long as you both log on to the same church account.
I have a personal id that I use to set up the order of service, but there is a shared id that is used by whoever is operating the projector during the service. I believe that is how you want to operate.
