Cloud Storage

Turn Auto Sync On/Off

By default, Presenter will automatically upload any media files that you import into the Media Library to your WorshipTools cloud, given that you have a stable Internet connection. However, if you don't want Presenter to do this automatically, you can turn this setting off: Navigate to Settings and scroll down to the bottom of the Service Items Defaults page. Under the Media Defaults section, uncheck the box for Upload Media and Save your change.

Once you've done this, media files will not upload to the cloud unless you manually choose to upload each one to the cloud. To do this, go to the Media Library and click on the  ⓘ icon that shows up when you hover over a media file. There, you'll see a line for "Saved in cloud," and it should say "No" with a green Upload button beside it. Click Upload to save the selected file to the cloud, and repeat for any other files you want in the cloud.

By default, Presenter automatically uploads any media files imported into the Media Library to the WorshipTools Cloud, as long as you have a stable internet connection.

However, if you prefer to turn off this automatic upload, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to Presenter Settings
  2. Scroll down to Media Defaults on the Defaults tab
  3. Uncheck the box for Upload Media
  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page

Once you've turned off Auto Sync, media files will no longer be automatically uploaded to the cloud. Instead, you’ll need to upload files manually, which can help you better manage your cloud storage usage.

Note: Even if media files are not synced to the cloud, they will still sync to other Presenter computers when used in a service.

How to save select media files to the cloud:

  1. Open Your Media Library
  2. Find the file you want to upload and click on the ⓘ icon that appears when you hover over the item
  3. On the following pop-up window, find the line that says "Saved in Cloud"
  4. Click the green Upload button next to the “No” status on that line to upload the file to the cloud (If the "Saved in Cloud" status indicates "Yes," the file is already saved in the cloud and no further action is needed.)

Repeat this process for any other media files you want to upload.

To select and sync multiple files at once, switch your library from Thumbnail View to List View. Select all the files you'd like to save (or remove) from the cloud, and click the appropriate button at the top of the library panel.
