Importing PDFs to an Existing Song
Open up your WorshipTools Charts app and head to the Song Library by clicking the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the dashboard page. Find the song you'd like to add your PDF attachment to and click on it to open it up. (You can also get to this screen from your services, if the song is included in a service.)
Click the title of the song at the top of the page. This should open up a dropdown menu. Click on the current source of the song, at the top of the dropdown.
On the following pop-up window, you should see a list of all your currently available sources for the song. Click Add in the upper right corner, then PDF. Select your PDF from the computer/device and import it into Charts. Your PDF is now available as a source.
PDFs cannot be transposed once imported. If needed, you can upload multiple PDFs in different keys. In Charts, you can assign a key to each PDF to quickly differentiate between them. To set a key for a PDF, swipe to the left on the title of the PDF (or click+drag to the left if you're on the web version) and click Key. Select the correct key for that specific PDF and save. Repeat this process for any additional PDFs you upload for this song.
To delete a PDF, swipe/drag left and click the trash can icon.
Importing PDFs to a New Song
To add a PDF to a song that is not yet in your library, you will need to create the song first. Navigate to the Song Library by clicking the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the dashboard page. On the "Song Library" window, click Create New in the upper right corner. Fill out at least the Name and Artist fields and click Save. Open the Song Library again, find your new song and click to open it.
With the song open, click on the title of the song at the top of the screen. Then click Select Source. On the "Select Source" window, click Add in the upper right corner, then PDF, and select the PDF you'd like to attach to this song. Click on the title of the PDF to select it as your source. You should now see the PDF in your Charts app.
