Plan church services and schedule volunteers with WorshipTools Planning. Find a list of all your upcoming services on the Services page, or view them on the calendar. The calendar shows services, as well as team members' Unavailable Dates. Services can be filtered by Service Types, and Unavailable Dates can be filtered by role group (or "team").
When in calendar view, you can create new services, view basic service details such as the service date(s) and time(s), delete services, open full service plans, and view user profiles. The calendar is visible to all users with Viewer permissions or higher at the global level. Unavailable Dates are only visible to global Schedulers and higher.
How to access the calendar:
Web App
- Click Services from the left navigation menu
- Click Calendar from the left navigation menu (nestled under "Services")
Mobile App
- Click the Services icon (second icon) along the bottom of your screen
- Click the Calendar icon at the top of the Services page
