When working with songs in the WorshipTools Planning app, you may find the need to create copies of songs for different occasions, in various arrangements, in different keys, for different worship leaders, and so on. The Clone function makes it easy to create duplicates of existing songs in your library so you don't need to start from scratch each time.
To start, go to Your Library on the Songs page in Planning and find the song you want to make a copy of. Click on the song to open it up. Scroll down to the bottom of the lyrics. There, you'll see an option to Delete and an option to Clone.
When you click Clone, a small window will pop up, prompting you to give the new song a name. When you hit Clone on the pop-up window, your song will be duplicated and Planning will take you to the newly copied version of the song. From there, you can edit the song without affecting the existing copy in your library.
