With Planning, Schedulers, Editors, Admins, and Org Admins can be notified when users accept or decline invitations to serve.
Note: You will only receive Accept/Decline notifications for team members that you place on the schedule. For example, if you selected three users for roles on the Pulpit Team and two users for roles on the Greeting Team, you will receive notifications when those five individuals accept or decline their invitations. You will not be notified if users from the Worship Team or Kids Ministry accept or decline their roles since you did not schedule them. You will also not be notified for any roles on the Pulpit and Greeting teams that you did not schedule yourself.
To edit your notification settings, go to the Settings page in Planning and scroll down to Personal Settings. There, you can check/uncheck which notifications you'd like to receive.
Mobile refers to push notifications from the Planning mobile app, if you have it installed on your phone or tablet. WorshipTools does not send notifications via text message.
