Import Lyrics from Other Programs

Easy Worship

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click Songs in the command toolbar at the top.
  3. Click the Import Lyrics link on the left side panel, under Sort and Filter.
  4. Follow the on-screen wizard to import your EasyWorship lyrics database. Typically you can select the following directory as the database directory:  C:\Users\Public\Documents\Softouch\Easyworship\Default\v6.1\Databases\Data.

Note: lyrics can be imported from EasyWorship 7. EasyWorship 2009 databases must be upgraded before importing.

MediaShout

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click Songs in the command toolbar at the top.
  3. Click the Import Lyrics link on the left side panel, under Sort and Filter.
  4. Follow the on-screen wizard to import your MediaShout database.
    Typically you can find your MediaShout database located at  C:\ProgramData\MediaComplete\MediaShout 6\Song Library or C:\Users\Public\My Shout. The file is titled Songs5.mdb.

Note: Importing lyrics from MediaShout is available on Windows only.

OpenLP

  1. From OpenLP, export your song lyrics as XML files.
  2. Launch Presenter and log in.
  3. Click Songs in the command toolbar at the top.
  4. Click the Import Lyrics link on the left side panel, under Sort and Filter.
  5. Follow the on-screen wizard to import the OpenLP XML song files from Step 1.

ProPresenter 6 and 7

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click Songs in the command toolbar at the top.
  3. Click the Import Lyrics link on the left side panel, under Sort and Filter.
  4. Follow the on-screen wizard to import the Pro6 or Pro7 song files from ProPresenter. Typically, you can find your ProPresenter songs at ‎/Users/:yourUserName/Documents/ProPresenter6 or ‎/Users/:yourUserName/Documents/ProPresenter7 on MacOS.

SongBeamer

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click Songs in the command toolbar at the top.
  3. Click the Import Lyrics link on the left side panel, under Sort and Filter.
  4. Follow the on-screen wizard to import .sng song files from SongBeamer. On macOS, you can find your song files at /Users/:youUserName/Documents/SongBeamer/Songs

SongPro

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click Songs in the command toolbar at the top.
  3. Click the Import Lyrics link on the left side panel, under Sort and Filter.
  4. Follow the on-screen wizard to import your SongPro database. The database file is titled SP_database.sdb.

Note: Importing lyrics from SongPro is available on Windows only.

SongShow Plus

  1. Launch Presenter and log in.
  2. Click Songs in the command toolbar at the top.
  3. Click the Import Lyrics link on the left side panel, under Sort and Filter.
  4. Follow the on-screen wizard to import the .sbsong song files from SongShow Plus.
